Your Soft Play Bus Buckhurst Hill party has three levels packed with things to climb, crawl through, swing from and slide down. Here is what is waiting inside your Buckhurst Hill party bus.

Two slides link the upper play area with the lower deck. There is plenty to explore on the way back, so the fun keeps moving.

Bright balls and glowing colours make our ball pits a favourite place to play, explore and share the excitement with friends.

Climb the wall, try the hanging rings and discover a new challenge on every lap of the play route.

Crawl through tunnels, cross the netted play areas and discover the next part of the adventure across three play levels.

Biff bashers, dizzy discs, a wrecking ball and ball blasters add variety to the play route for busy birthday children.

Bright neon artwork, UV lighting and onboard music make the bus party-ready. We can discuss gentler lighting and quieter music for children who prefer it.
Exclusive hire means your child celebrates with their invited friends. Up to 30 children can share the slides, ball pits and climbing fun.

High Road and Queen’s Road: our published venue history includes Toby Carvery on High Road. Discuss any plan for food and an outside play session directly with its team; restaurant table bookings and bus permission are separate.
Roding Valley and Station Way: the parish council offers Roding Valley Hall for hire. Ask about the room, guest facilities, access times and a safe double-decker position.
Lower Buckhurst Hill and Loughton Way: the Woollard Centre is another parish-managed option. Compare its outside space with your plans, rather than assuming every hall car park works for the bus.
Our Essex Soft Play Bus has attended Toby Carvery in Buckhurst Hill, recorded in our Soft Play venue history.
The restaurant’s current official contact page places it on High Road, IG9 5HT. Ask its team about food arrangements and permission for a parked bus for your own date. A previous visit does not guarantee current availability.

Choose the setting for your Buckhurst Hill birthday
A party at home can keep food, birthday cake and toilet facilities close to the play session. For a home around Queen’s Road, High Road or the Roding Valley area, send photographs of the approach and the proposed bus position, including gates, trees, restrictions and turning space.
If you want food at a venue, Toby Carvery is in our published Soft Play visit history. Its official contact page currently gives High Road, IG9 5HT. Use the restaurant’s own details for your enquiry and confirm any outside arrangements with the team; booking a meal does not reserve a position for the bus.
The parish council’s Roding Valley Hall and Woollard Centre offer a different option if you need a room for the wider celebration. Roding Valley Hall is on Station Way, while the Woollard Centre is on Loughton Way. Check the current hire agreement, setup and clearing times, kitchen arrangements and exact vehicle entrance for the building you choose.
The council lists different parking capacities at its two halls. Those are car-parking figures, rather than confirmation that either venue has approved your double-decker party. Agree the proposed bus position and a safe route between the room and bus before finalising both bookings.
Enter the actual party postcode in our Soft Play Bus Buckhurst Hill checker, then send your preferred date, session length, children’s ages and numbers. Weekend availability depends on the date, route and access. Let us know about SEND needs in advance so we can discuss lighting, music, smaller groups and settling time where practical.
Our double-decker is approximately 10m long × 2.4m wide × 4.42m high. Allow extra room for mirrors, turning and getting on and off.
Send photos of any narrow entrances, gates or low branches before booking. We need safe, legal parking, suitable ground and access to a standard plug socket. A generator can be arranged in advance for £55 if mains power is unavailable.
Plan a separate space for food, birthday cake, drinks and toilet breaks at your home or venue. The bus is dedicated to soft play.
Buckhurst Hill Parish Council halls
The parish council publishes both halls with parking information and booking enquiries. Choose the building that suits your guests and ask separately whether the bus can be accommodated.
