Soft Play Bus Greenwich: Local Party Planning
Eltham: Eltham Park South appears in our published Soft Play venue history. Park events require permission from the landowner or organiser and an agreed position for the bus.
New Eltham: Roots4Life’s Baker Centre is another recorded Soft Play location. Its official site gives current contact details for discussing possible arrangements.
Elsewhere in the borough: send the actual postcode and parking plans. Visits in Eltham and New Eltham do not establish a party history in Greenwich town centre. Explore our London hub for wider coverage.
Real Soft Play Visits in Eltham and New Eltham
Our Essex Soft Play Bus has attended Eltham Park South in Eltham and Roots4Life, The Baker Centre in New Eltham. Both appear in our published Soft Play venue history.
These are genuine examples within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Your own Soft Play Bus Greenwich booking still needs a date, route, access and permission check.

Find Somewhere That Works for Your Party
Planning your Soft Play Bus Greenwich celebration
Use your actual party address as the starting point. A New Eltham community site, an Eltham park event and a home elsewhere in Greenwich borough can have very different access and permission requirements.
At Roots4Life’s Baker Centre, ask about your preferred date and how the indoor facilities and outside space could work for your event. Agree the room or event arrangements directly with the venue, then ask us to check the proposed position for the bus.
For Eltham Park South, establish who is organising the event and who can authorise the vehicle position. A public park listing describes the location; it does not authorise a private bus party or guarantee access on your chosen day.
A suitable home can provide the separate space for food, cake and toilet breaks. Send a parking photo showing the approach and turning room, and tell us about narrow entrances, gates, trees or restrictions.
Our Soft Play Bus Greenwich service stays parked during the session. It does not transport children between areas. Choose the location that suits your guests first, enter its full postcode for travel pricing and then send your preferred date, time, session length, guest ages and numbers.
Soft Play Bus Greenwich: Parking, Power & Party Essentials
Our double-decker is approximately 10m long × 2.4m wide × 4.42m high. Allow extra room for mirrors, turning and getting on and off.
Send photos of any narrow entrances, gates or low branches before booking. We need safe, legal parking, suitable ground and access to a standard plug socket. A generator can be arranged in advance for £55 if mains power is unavailable.
Plan a separate space for food, birthday cake, drinks and toilet breaks at your home or venue. The bus is dedicated to soft play.

Soft Play Bus Greenwich: Your Party Questions
From parking a double-decker to socks, snacks and supervision, here are the details families ask about before booking.
Soft Play Bus Greenwich: do you come to my area?
We take bookings at suitable locations in Greenwich borough, including Eltham and New Eltham, subject to availability, safe access and parking. Send the full postcode, preferred date and a parking photo so we can check your location and complete price.
What ages is the Soft Play Bus suitable for?
The bus is best suited to children aged 2–10. Children under four need a parent or responsible adult onboard with them. Tell us the ages in your group when you enquire.
How many children can play together?
Up to 30 children can use the bus at once, with exclusive hire for your party. For a larger school, club or community event, ask us about planned group rotations within your booked time.
Soft Play Bus Greenwich prices: how much does hire cost?
A 90-minute party starts from £250 Monday–Thursday, excluding bank holidays, or £290 Friday–Sunday and bank holidays. Longer sessions are available. Use our postcode checker for your price including travel; additional charges may apply for ULEZ, tolls, generator hire or extras.
Do we need to hire a hall for Soft Play Bus Greenwich?
You do not need a separate hall if you have suitable parking and access at home. If you need another location, our venue finder can help you explore options. You will need to confirm the venue’s permission and arrangements.
Who supervises the children?
Parents, guardians or organisers remain responsible for supervising the children throughout. Our DBS-checked member of staff looks after the bus and assists with the visit. Children under four need an adult onboard with them.
Can you offer a quieter session for children with SEND?
Contact us before booking so we can discuss lighting, music, group size and individual support needs. We will talk through what is suitable for your group; parents, carers or your setting’s staff provide the children’s supervision and support.
What do children need to wear?
Children must remove their shoes and wear socks. Please keep their legs covered to help reduce friction on the slides, and choose clothing suitable for the weather.
Do you need electricity at our venue?
Yes, we need access to a standard plug socket. If that is unavailable, a generator can be arranged in advance for £55. Tell us before booking so the power arrangements can be confirmed.
Can the children eat on the bus, and is there a toilet?
Food and drink are not allowed on the bus, and there are no toilet facilities onboard. Arrange a separate space for food, drinks, birthday cake and access to toilets at your home or venue.
What happens if it rains?
The play areas are inside the bus, so ordinary rain does not stop the fun. Extreme weather can affect travel and conditions; if that is forecast, we will discuss the practical arrangements with you.
Does the bus drive the children around?
No. The Soft Play Bus stays parked during the party and does not transport the children.
How do we secure our Greenwich party date?
Send your preferred date, postcode, time, session length, ages and guest numbers. Once availability and the details are agreed, complete the booking and pay the £75 deposit. The balance is due seven days before the party.
