Friday–Sunday: from £290
Exclusive 90-minute hire on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Longer sessions are available.

Booking Your Redbridge Soft Play Party

We check availability, confirm the full price and talk through access, parking and your power supply.
3. Secure Your Party
Once the details are agreed, complete your booking and pay the £75 deposit. The balance is due seven days before the party.

We aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up. Children remove their shoes, keep socks on and enjoy their private play adventure.

Our double-decker is approximately 10m long × 2.4m wide × 4.42m high. Allow extra room for mirrors, turning and getting on and off.
Send photos of any narrow entrances, gates or low branches before booking. We need safe, legal parking, suitable ground and access to a standard plug socket. A generator can be arranged in advance for £55 if mains power is unavailable.

What ages is the Soft Play Bus suitable for?
The bus is best suited to children aged 2–10. Children under four need a parent or responsible adult onboard with them. Tell us the ages in your group when you enquire.
How many children can play together?
Up to 30 children can use the bus at once, with exclusive hire for your party. For a larger school, club or community event, ask us about planned group rotations within your booked time.

A 90-minute party starts from £250 Monday–Thursday, excluding bank holidays, or £290 Friday–Sunday and bank holidays. Longer sessions are available. Use our postcode checker for your price including travel; additional charges may apply for ULEZ, tolls, generator hire or extras.
Do we need to hire a hall?
You do not need a separate hall if you have suitable parking and access at home. If you need another location, our venue finder can help you explore options. You will need to confirm the venue’s permission and arrangements.
Who supervises the children?
Parents, guardians or organisers remain responsible for supervising the children throughout. Our DBS-checked member of staff looks after the bus and assists with the visit. Children under four need an adult onboard with them.
Can you offer a quieter session for children with SEND?
Contact us before booking so we can discuss lighting, music, group size and individual support needs. We will talk through what is suitable for your group; parents, carers or your setting’s staff provide the children’s supervision and support.
What do children need to wear?
Children must remove their shoes and wear socks. Please keep their legs covered to help reduce friction on the slides, and choose clothing suitable for the weather.
Do you need electricity at our venue?
Yes, we need access to a standard plug socket. If that is unavailable, a generator can be arranged in advance for £55. Tell us before booking so the power arrangements can be confirmed.
Can the children eat on the bus, and is there a toilet?
Food and drink are not allowed on the bus, and there are no toilet facilities onboard. Arrange a separate space for food, drinks, birthday cake and access to toilets at your home or venue.
What happens if it rains?
The play areas are inside the bus, so ordinary rain does not stop the fun. Extreme weather can affect travel and conditions; if that is forecast, we will discuss the practical arrangements with you.
Does the bus drive the children around?
No. The Soft Play Bus stays parked during the party and does not transport the children.
How do we secure our Redbridge party date?
Send your preferred date, postcode, time, session length, ages and guest numbers. Once availability and the details are agreed, complete the booking and pay the £75 deposit. The balance is due seven days before the party.
