Wonderful service from the Essex Soft Play Bus. Darren has been an absolute star, both times that we’ve booked the bus. Lovely guy, and really cares about the kids’ experience.
What an amazing party for our daughter’s Olivias 8th birthday! Darren is wicked party bus host, kept the kids entertained throughout the 2hr party.

I had the bus today for my daughter’s birthday, she loved every second of it and so did her friends. The bus its self was fantastic but Darren was even better. He made it so easy and stress free for me. I had zero worries about the kids, he handled everything. He was so lovely to talk to and made sure every single child had the best time. I would book again just for him!
We had the most amazing experience celebrating our son’s 7th birthday! From the very beginning, everything was so well organised, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.
The whole team was incredibly accommodating, especially with the hot weather, making sure the children were comfortable and well looked after throughout the party.

Highly recommend this soft play bus this is the second time we have hired it! The driver made every effort to make sure he was there on time and made sure the kids had lots of fun!
Honestly the best service. So professional and nothing was too much from phone communications to timing. Darren was amazing from start to finish and his energy with the kids was fun and exciting. Would definitely use again and id highly recommend.
